Goblet II

Chalice. Gilt and chased silver with transluce...

Image via Wikipedia

After the poetry workshop that I mentioned in an earlier post, I have gone back and rewrote one of my old pieces – old as in a couple months…. I am pretty pleased with the results!

Goblet

Goblet raised to lips –

Long, slow, sips

From arousal’s chalice;

Face buried in

Fiery passion’s folds –

Each hip a curved grip

For eager hands to hold….

Pleasure’s contracting felt deep,

Working hard at extracting

Each drop sweet

Until drained dry….

She squirms – shudders –

And with convulsing cry

My goblet fills

With ambrosia’s thrills

And I

With longing heart,

With questing tongue

Raise her

Embrace her

Taste her sweet Nectar

Again
