Goosebumps

I haven’t been posting here in way too long. I’ve been posting on my FB pages (PassionPoet and Erotica Anthology) for a bit, so you can check those out to see some new things, especially in the Notes section on PassionPoet.  I have had a couple interviews and my 37th birthday has past this last Monday, June 8th.  So a lot’s been going on!  That being said, I felt like dropping this piece here to encourage those who have followed this blog from the beginning.  This poem is a love poem to my Queen, but I’m sure many of you can relate to it.  Enjoy…

GooseBumps

Goosebumps

Skin against skin
Static
Hair raising
Follicles standing at attention
Moans slipping out unnoticed
And… sometimes ….
Not even touch is needed
Voice simply
Gently caressing soul
Causing goosebumps to race down small of back
Across extended arms
And smiles to stretch wide
Unbidden
But not unwanted
As skin communicates
In the dimpling language
Of desire.

I pray I always give you goosebumps …
