Incense

I’ve been telling you about my books and where I want to go with the business side of writing – creating and growing what I have started to call the EroticEmpire.  I will get into the details of where I want to go with that in another post. For now, let me bless you with another poem. One that I was sitting on for about a month now, but I believe it is time to release it into the world.

Incense

And the incense burns…
The aftermath of our rendezvous is her bouquet;
Essential oils still scenting my lips as we say our goodbyes.
Her moans the harmony to my tongue’s operatic symphony,
And we making melodies across space and time.
The scent of incense was lost in her release
As fingers coiled into locs, locking me in place –
My face anointed with her Holy Grail.
Hers the wail of ecstasy; mine, the growl of sweet release withheld,
As shaft disappeared sleight of hand down willing gullet….
Disappearing, then reappearing – the magic trick repeating oft:
Now you see it, now you don’t…
Now you see it, now you don’t…
Now… you … see…
Abracadabra!
There it is again, stiffness standing at attention
Willing to disappear once more, this time dissolving into wetness
Splashing down within her pulsing walls.
Slowly at first, then picking up momentum,
Our rhythms synchronize; our passions building
Bodies grinding
Volumes rising
Until soft growls grow up into loud roars
‘Til trickling passion pours, painting Picasso portraits upon parted thighs,
Starting again the theatrics of multiple tongue-inspired gymnastics
Making her tap out when body could hold no more …
And we lay still, recuperating, catching our breath.
The incense burnt low, its scent lost in her release…
The aftermath of our rendezvous is her bouquet
Essential oils still scenting my lips as we say our goodbyes.
